  • Engineered several large user interaction scenarions for telecommunication services, including potential fallbacks.
  • Secured +10% tNPS (key customer satisfaction metric) gross and facilitated significant decrease in operator queries.
  • Spearheaded the coverage of the legacy code base with unit tests

  • Curated Confluence-based wiki for the department of 30 people: leading a team of 5 co-workers, completely rehashed the existing structure, making it more usable and accessible, wrote several dozens organisational and technical articles, including the ones that ensured the better navigation.
