↑ 2023	University of Vienna/Universität Wien Department of Slavonic Studies/Institut für Slawistik Europe's leading centre of Slavic Studies University assistant A key member of the organisation committee for several panels at scientific conferences. Successfully acquired third-party funding for my research. Published in high-impact journals and conference proceedings. Developed unique courses, aimed at highlighting cultural and linguistic diversity of Slavic people, alongside with raising student awareness of challenges that AI brings into this space. I am especially proud of the recent seminar series on multilingualism and translanguaging that demonstrated that Slavic space has been multilingual for the last 1000 years, since the first birchbark letters. Fostered collaboration between the research departments through organising intra-university guest lectures and meetings.
	MWS AI Leader in b2b and b2c decisions for voice and text assistants Linguist-developer > Senior linguist-developer Developed both rule-based and LLM-based chat bots, including agent pipelines, for text and voice channels, verstilely adapting for both, while successfuly keeping on satisfied the customer base of 7+ MAU. Engineered several large user interaction scenarions for telecommunication services, including potential fallbacks. Secured +10% tNPS (key customer satisfaction metric) gross and facilitated significant decrease in operator queries. Spearheaded the coverage of the legacy code base with unit tests Assisted in moving chat bot from rule-based platform to LLM-based platform. Written prompts for better conversation flow between a user and a chatbot, including precise interaction with RAG module that contained sensitive data. Ensured the best practices of software development: logging, Docker wrapping, integrational and unit testing Performed a linguistics-driven analysis of existing rule code base to implement a novel way of interaction with user queries. Developed a multimedia Telegram bot for an industry conference that engaged in a variety of tasks, from the registration of participants and to the multiple-step quizes. Performed a study of user queries, designed to find the emerging patterns in their behaviour and queries Curated Confluence-based wiki for the department of 30 people: leading a team of 5 co-workers, completely rehashed the existing structure, making it more usable and accessible, wrote several dozens organisational and technical articles, including the ones that ensured the better navigation. 	Saratov State University Department of fundamental and applied linguistics and language history One of the leading Russian universities in the sphere of computational dialectology Laboratory intern Assisted with organisation of the scientific conferences. Participated in the creation of Saratov dialectological corpus (approx. 300 000 tokens with morphosyntactic and pragmatic tagging).
